Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
The photos of live animals are only representation of the juvenile to adult version and the product descriptions clarify what you are purchasing.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
All online sales will automatically send you a receipt via email.
How can I return an item?
All online live animal sales can only be cancelled until Sunday 7am if you have placed your order after 5pm Wednesday with a confirmed shipping date. All live animal cancelled orders will be subject to a 10% restock fee.
All non-live animal purchases may return that item within 7 days of purchase date. All returns subject to a 10% restock fee.
Where can I ship my order?
For live animal orders we only ship in the USA but do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
